Emma Garre, PT, DPT
Dr Emma Garre is a Bozeman native. She attended Montana State University (GO CATS!) where she received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and then the University of Vermont where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. She first became interested in physical therapy as a career while volunteering with Eaglemount’s adaptive ski program at Bridger Bowl. It was during her time volunteering here, that she discovered the joy in sharing her love of the outdoors and movement. She has been working as a physical therapist since 2013 and returned to SW Montana in 2018.
It was after the birth of her second child and her own set of obstacles with return to activity, that she started to become interested in and feel a pull toward pelvic health physical therapy. She has advanced training in treating running related injuries, gait analysis, postural restoration, women’s health and sports performance. Emma is an outdoor and exercise enthusiast herself and enjoys helping people return to what they love.
When she is not working, Emma can be found running around town and in the mountains with her husband (also a PT) and two daughters. She enjoys running, skiing, hiking, making sourdough, and traveling.
